The Metro
After the 'Graand Success' of "Malarvaadi Arts Club", Dileep's Graand Production again came into strike through an action packed triller "The Metro". Tamil super star Sarath Kumar bagged his first full length role in this film. He will be playing the role of a honest police officer. There are also five young stars who will be playing important roles. Biyon & Arun with Malarvaadi Fame Nivin Pauly & Bhagat will be seen in these pivotal roles. Bhavana is in the main female cast.
Malarvadi Arts Club
Graand Production Yet another successfull Venture - "Malarvaadi Arts Club" which is the directoral debut of popular Malayalam singer Vineeth Sreenivasan. The film is produced by Dileep Under Graand Productions. The film released in 60 theaters across kerala. The cast of five young boys and two girls was selected through a talent hunt.
The story is about the life of 5 friends in a small village called Manassery. They have completed their studies and are all set to move to the next phase of their life. But in the process they face unexpected problems while trying to keep their favourite hangout Malarvaadi Arts Club alive.

Twenty:20 (2008) is a Malayalam action thriller film directed by Joshi, written by Uday Krishnan and Sibi K. Thomas, and produced by Dileep. The film features an ensemble cast; known for starring all the major actors in the Malayalam film industry, and was referred to as mother of all multi-starrers. The actors worked without pay in order to raise funds for the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA). The film's music is composed by Berny-Ignatius and Suresh Peters.
